Your Day-to-Day

Be a front-line ambassador at the office lobby, welcoming visitors with an engaging disposition, a professional demeanor and ensuring every guest’s first impression is a bright and positive one

Manage calendar for executives including scheduling, confirming meetings, and eliminating conflicts, both internally and externally

Partner with Talent Experience specialists in engagement & cultural activities

Handle internal and external communications as required and generally represent the department in a professional manner Coordinate and prepare for appointments, meetings and conferences.

Manage food and beverage requirements through internal company tool, as well as communication with vendors

Organize and maintain important files and records. Make travel arrangements. Handle corporate travel and entertainment related expense reimbursement. Manage relationships and logistics with vendors and providers.  Support events logistics. Perform other days to day operational responsibilities, as required. Assist with special projects and requests as required.

Must-have Skills 3+ years of professional experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Complete availability. Service-oriented. Detail-oriented.  Determined, motivated and goal-driven. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
