Job Description
Provides administrative assistance, such as minutes taking, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing correspondence, reports, and communications on the executive’s behalf
Manage executives’ calendars , including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Coordinate travel, accommodation and meals arrangements
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Perform minor accounting duties
Undertakes other related duties and task/s that may be assigned from time to time
