Job Description The Executive Assistant to the President is a pivotal role responsible for providing high-level administrative and representational support. This role will also support the VP of Sales and Marketing and the VP of Corporate Strategy and Planning. This role involves managing the President’s schedule, coordinating with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors, and overseeing various business operations as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Manage the President’s calendar, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations. + Facilitate communication between the President and staff, Board members, and external stakeholders. + Organize and coordinate meetings and strategic activities with senior leadership and the Board. + Conduct research on corporate projects and compile materials for proposals. + Act as the administrative liaison to the Board, coordinating meetings and managing related documentation. + Support the President in executive, finance, governance, and audit committee meetings, maintaining confidentiality and managing logistical details. + Represent the President in meetings as needed and assist in scheduling and following up on action items from senior leadership meetings. Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders. + Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel. + Demonstrated ability to conduct research and present data clearly. + Proven independence and professional discretion. + Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and time-management skills.
