Title: Executive Assistant
Role Description
Oak Street Health is looking for an Executive Assistant that will be responsible for a full range of administrative functions for a diverse group of high-level leaders at the executive level and will be an integral part of our growing team.
Core Responsibilities:
Enhancing the executives' effectiveness by providing informational and administrative support
Representing the executives to others, internally and externally
Conserving executivesâ time by managing schedules and performing administrative duties
Additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed, including expense reports, travel planning, etc.

Incredible level of organization, reliability, and independence
Orientation toward detail
Ability to communicate clearly
Strong customer service skills
Demonstrated PC skills (MS Office)
Past professional experience in a fast-paced environment
Associates Degree; Bachelor degree preferred
High level of professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information
US work authorization
