Purpose of the position
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in HIAB. In this role you will be assisting the CFO with administrative tasks related to Finance function and other administrative activities like organising Investor Relations events. The position is based in Helsinki.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Management of daily time and quarterly schedule & commitment planning while monitoring interlinking team activities and anticipating consequent needs Scheduling and management of the CFO’s leadership forums’ cadence, agenda and meeting preparations just as follow ups Expense and travel management, purchasing process facilitation and collaboration with several teams Serving as a key liaison for both internal and external stakeholders while facilitating internal communication Holistic and thorough coordination of Audit and Risk committee meetings, management of the Annual General Meeting practical arrangements Investor Relations coordination, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, maintaining relationships with corporate access teams, planning and execution of IR events and roadshows together with the team.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or similar Minimum 5 years’ experience in listed companies C-suite support Experience with organizing complex tasks Stakeholder management Excellent communication skills Analytical & facilitation skills Structured mindset and process-oriented Excellent organisational skills, good at multitasking and prioritising activity portfolio Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required Office software skills Self-driven, proactive and service minded Dynamic team player Able to stay calm in busy environment and situations Previous experience from following systems will be an advantage - Google G-suite applications, Basware P2P, Basware TEM, Director’s Desk, Euroland, Nasdaq IR Insight, Docusign, Campaign Monitor / Avidly, CWT portal, Jotbar.
