* Candidate will perform general clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the facility.
* Candidate may assist with scheduling appointments and deadlines and will provide general information to staff. Must be comfortable multi-tasking.
* Typing, formatting, editing and redacting routine documents, copying, scanning, filing, and updating paper and electronic documents required.
* Collection of information in a timely matter, verifying the accuracy and completeness of data submissions and forms required.
* Provide backup to other staff as needed across the department.
What you need to succeed:
* High School Diploma with some college preferred.
* Two years professional admin or human resource related work experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
* Must be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, prefer the ability to type 35 words per minute.
* Extremely detail oriented.
* Keen organizational and prioritization skills.
* Quick learner who is flexible in taking on new tasks and to be a floater to back up others as needed.
* Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Skill in planning and organizing.
* Attention to detail and strong grammar.
* Cross-training others to handle clerk daily responsibilities.
* Maintaining a professional appearance and a neat work area.
