Our client, a growing private equity company, is seeking an Executive Assistant in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-6pm and this role is in the office five days per week.
Responsibilities:
Support three Managing Directors with extensive calendar management
Schedule internal and external meetings and reserve conference rooms utilizing Outlook
Track expenses; complete and submit expense reports
Book international and domestic travel arrangements including ground transportation, airline reservations and hotel accommodations
Obtain visas, keep passports updated and procure important travel documents as needed
Make restaurant reservations, assist with events support and client relationship management
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience supporting senior-level executivesExperience at an investment bank or similar financial services environment Ability to see tasks through from start to finish independently, maintain discretion in all situations and proactively anticipate needsCompensation/Benefits:
