Job Description:

Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Responsibilities:

Support of the executive and leadership team with various tasks including but not limited to:

·        Representative of the office of the Chief Financial Officer

·        Calendar management for the Executive

·        Executive communications and coordination with client executives, investors, other Broadcom Executive Admins

·        Organizational management for the CFO leadership team, meetings, agendas, effectiveness

·        Event planning as necessary

·        Prepare presentations in google slides & powerpoint, utilizing data from google sheets & excel

·        Expense report processing

·        Travel coordination- international and domestic

·        Maintain up to date organizational charts, contact lists and email alias lists

·        Coordinate team meetings and events

·        Assist with audio, visual and web conferencing, ensuring effectiveness of meetings

·        Assist team with special projects as needed.

Skills/Requirements

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Strong organizational and project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to anticipate executive’s needs

·        5+ years previous Executive Administrative Assistant experience in a fast-paced work environment

·        Strong calendar management skills

·        Proficiency in gSuite collaboration tools preferred; Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·        Must have strong initiative, self-motivation and high standards of excellence

·        Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships

·        Exercise discretion and judgment in handling highly sensitive and confidential information

·        Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and achieve deadlines under pressure

·        Must have outstanding attention to detail

·        Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment

·        Must be proactive and have strong follow-through

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $34.50 - $48.00 per hour.

 

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.
