Executive AssistantKBR is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team to support to the Army’s Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Product Office located on Redstone Arsenal, AL. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Product Office leadership and promote efficient business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and time management skills. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Organize and prioritize incoming tasks and requests for Product Office leadership.Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, audio and video teleconferences for Product Office leadership.Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel vouchers for Product Office leadership.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Receive and respond to requests for assistance or information.Conduct research and gather information for various mission initiatives.Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking meeting minutes as needed.Manage and maintain classified, controlled unclassified, confidential, and unclassified files and documents.Liaise with higher headquarters, governmental organizations, stakeholders, and subordinate organizations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Assist in the planning and execution of LTAMDS Product Office events and special projects.Monitor and oversee official Product Office correspondence using internal and external automated tracking databases.Assist in Human Resources functions by keeping personnel records up to date. Maintain office electronic filing and Knowledge Management system through Microsoft SharePoint, including key briefings and documents, short / long-range calendar, attend meetings to provide updates and capture requirements as needed.Qualifications:
Possess an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or a similar role.Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams and SharePoint.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.Preferred Qualifications:
