Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant serves as an extension of the Chief People Officer (CPO), providing friendly, and confidential support in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, your success in this role is dependent on your superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential for success in this role.
Your ability to be proactive and anticipate executive schedules with a forward-thinking mindset, while simultaneously offering input and ideas for efficiencies, will establish you as a trusted partner. This role will also serve to support the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) as a key coordinator of team activities, communications, and being a key partner to the HR team overall.
Responsibilities:
Helping our Chief People Officer with project management, communication, and prioritizing tasks.
Supporting our human resource leadership team through calendar and email management, scheduling appointments, and setting up internal and external meetings.
Coordinating a variety of meetings, events or programs, which may comprise of managing logistics, scheduling and calendars, preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, managing attendee lists, and coordinating room reservations and/or catering needs.
Manage travel plans and expense reports.
Develop and manage creation of ad hoc emails, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and other correspondence as needed.
Participate in team meetings and attend other meetings and training as required.
Share ideas for continuous improvement and cost savings.
Manage and publish monthly HR Newsletter including article writing and/or editing.
Attend weekly HRLT meetings, manage agendas and take minutes.

Comfortable practicing independent judgment and taking initiative, keeping projects moving forward and on track with pace of the business.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to take ideas and topics from Executive Leadership to create a meaningful presentation.
Education/Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support.
Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent technical aptitude in supporting meeting setup and problem resolution, including audio visual.
Experience with heavy calendaring involving competing schedules, plans and multiple time zones.
Extensive experience planning travel and the coordination of complex travel itineraries involving multiple parties.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute Executive Assistant responsibilities in an organized and timely manner.
Strong attention to detail, organization, problem solving, and ability to independently troubleshoot unforeseen logistical issues.
Polished presence and demonstrated ability to represent Acrisure in a professional manner.
Demonstrated success organizing events varying in size and complexity including the management of event logistics, registration and attendee tracking.
Role requires presence in the office a minimum of 4 days a week and to coordinate with the CPO schedule.
