Job Title: Executive Assistant II

Job Description

This Executive Assistant will handle confidential information and maintain professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events, creating agendas, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This role will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

ResponsibilitiesProactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars.Manage complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritize executive's tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance.Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders.Coordinate international and domestic travel.Participate in planning events and drive key team activities such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and supply ordering.Work alongside other executive assistants within the organization to drive best practices and cross-collaboration of efficiencies.Track and help drive completion of key deliverables across programmatic mechanisms.Essential Skills3+ years of senior level leadership support experience.High school or equivalent diploma.Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.Experience with executive level calendar management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience leading process improvements.Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.Strong stakeholder management skills.Ability to anticipate needs and look around corners.Flexible on degree/bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Work Environment

Location: Bellevue or Seattle, WA. The role may start in Seattle but there may be an expectation to be in Bellevue/Redmond down the road. The ideal candidate will sit out of Bellevue or Seattle, with opportunities for networking and on-job training. Some flexibility is available for temporary positions, but full-time roles will likely be based in Redmond/Bellevue.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $30.00
