Our work will take you in different directions

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team based in Mascot. Reporting to the Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand you will provide proactive support to key leaders.  You will play a key role in driving optimisation and efficiency.

What will you be doing? 

Provide support to the MD on all day-to-day operations Providing Diary & email management broader support to 11 members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) across ANZ  Responsible for answering/redirecting enquiries from internal and external stakeholdersTravel management and coordination for the ELTMeeting preparation including reports, presentations and minutes Effective management of internal relationships – both locally and internationally Support with special projects and/or events as and when required  

 
What are we looking for? 

Demonstrated experience supporting leadership teams at an executive level  Experience working within a global organisation is advantageous  Ability to support project initiatives, with experience sitting in executive meetings and conferencesCustomer centric focus - ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skills – ability to influence, coach and mentor managers and partner with the business Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite   Proactive, can-do attitudeDiscretion, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality
