Executive Assistant
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in the construction industry, located in Hauser, Idaho. As an Executive Assistant, you will be vital in administering direct support to two top executives, ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to their productivity. Responsibilities: • Administer high-level administrative support to executives • Handle complex calendar management, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Manage email correspondence for executives, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication • Facilitate operational functions daily to maintain efficiency within the organization • Generate reports, correspondences, and other required documents • Organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations • Offer assistance with business and personal tasks as needed • Undertake additional duties as assigned by executives • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for various tasks • Ensure compliance with DCAA and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Handle executive meetings and provide leadership support • Manage accounting and billing functions, and oversee budget processes. SALARY RANGE: $68,000 - $75,000 BENEFITS OFFERED: - Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision - Other Insurance: Life and Disability - Retirement Plan: 401K with company match - PTO: PTO is available after 1 year of employment, starting with 5 days of vacation time plus 5 paid holidays.
