Executive Assistant

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Executive Assistant in Greenville, South Carolina, within the Government sector. As an Executive Assistant, you will be executing a variety of administrative duties and coordinating communication with various stakeholders. You will also be managing the daily activities of the Executive Office.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication with the Board of Commissioners and other community stakeholders.
• Handle the preparation and processing of materials for board meetings, including transcribing and preparing board minutes, resolutions, and reports.
• Ensure accuracy in documents by proofreading for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and details.
• Route calls and correspondence to the appropriate department.
• Assist in handling confidential data, including business, financial, and personnel matters.
• Coordinate the distribution of information in and out of the executive office.
• Manage the schedule/calendar of daily activities and meetings.
• Plan and support key events including training, webinars, travel, teleconferences, and both external and internal meetings.
• Oversee website and social media content management.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating needed supplies.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements • Must have experience in the government industry.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in ADP - Financial Services.
• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings is required.
• Familiarity with Concur is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM is essential.
• Experience with the Kronos Timekeeping System is desirable.
• Knowledge of About Time software is an advantage.
• Must have excellent calendar management skills.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Must be comfortable coordinating and conducting conference calls.
