About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and demanding executive. This role requires a meticulous individual with exceptional time management skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

Manage and maintain a complex calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.

Research and Planning:

Conduct thorough research on various topics as needed. Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Personal Tasks:

Manage personal tasks and errands as required. Provide support for personal travel arrangements and logistics.
