Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper-based. Assist in project management and follow up on action items. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed. Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize key points for executives. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
+ Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings.
+ Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
+ Handle confidential information with professionalism.
+ Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based files.
+ Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
+ Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
+ Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
+ Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize key points.
+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of executive administrative experience supporting c-suite executives.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Experience managing travel and expenses (Concur is a plus).
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree is a must have
+ Experience in project management is a plus.
+ Assertive and takes initiative.
+ Collaborative, friendly, and personable.
+ Decisive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment
You will be working in a beautiful office next to the Regional VP, with large desks and double monitors. The warehouse and full facility are very clean. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
