Private holding company located in Meatpacking District, Manhattan is seeking a talented individual to serve as a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and the Operations department, supporting the continued growth and evolution of this dynamic team. This position is ideal for a motivated, self-starting professional open to dive into both administrative responsibilities as well as special project assignments with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide calendar management of internal and external meetingsRegularly interface with high-profile professionals, communicate on behalf of the executive team to clients, investors, partners, board members, and team managersCollect and prepare information for the team, create and edit presentations, spreadsheets and other documents as neededCollaborate with assistants in all areas of the company to handle logistics for internal and external meetings, projects, and special assignmentsAct as liaison between COO and the Operations team, collecting project statuses and tracking KPIsCoordinate business travel logistics, creating itineraries and making travel arrangementsManage expense reports and vendor invoices as neededBoth individually and on a team, assist with special project assignmentsAssist with ad-hoc job-related and personal requests as needed

Education and Experience:
