JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment demonstrating flexibility, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making capabilities, and a keen attention to detail are essential this role. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as an administrative coordinator to the executive leadership and their departments.   Create professional PowerPoint presentations, coordinating the efforts across multiple functions and departments, as needed.  Serve as gatekeeper for the executive leadership, providing daily executive administrative support by answering phones, drafting and responding to emails, scheduling meetings, managing the calendar and arranging travel. Undertake special projects requiring a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy. Execute other ad hoc duties as assigned, per the direction of the executive leadership

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years executive administrative experience, preferably in a professional, corporate environment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and initiative Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels, including C-suite executive Experience in budget management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required  Proven ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines Exceptional organizational skills Independent thinking and planning with experience in organizing and coordinating meetings across multiple locations
