**Overview**
**Executive Support**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Excellence professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions, enhancing Digitas Health client experiences, and supporting our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Calendar Management:** Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive team's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
+ **Expense Management:** Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and reimbursement processes to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation.
+ **Meeting Organization:** Elevate the Digitas Health client experience by leading the planning and organization large scale meetings both on-site and off-site, including creating a memorable experience through meeting and room design, preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
+ **Presentation Preparation:** Work closely with the Design teams to assist in creating high-quality presentations and reports for internal and client-facing meetings.
+ **Client Experience Enhancement:** Support initiatives to improve client experiences, including coordinating client events, managing communications, and providing exceptional service.
+ **Administrative Support:** Perform various administrative tasks such as email management, document preparation, and maintaining confidential files.
+ **Project Assistance:** Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as needed, providing comprehensive support to ensure successful outcomes.
**Qualifications**
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Client Success or in a similar role.
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
+ **Skills:**
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Compensation Range: $59,850- $82,740 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
