**ADP is hiring Executive Administrative Support professional in our Health Care Reform Business.** In this position, you'll couple your positive attitude, superb organizational skills and deep understanding of ADP to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in support of one or more executives.

Responsibilities
+ Perform clerical, administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.
+ Proactively manage the calendars of one or more executives. This includes but not limited to scheduling meetings, proactively resolving calendar conflicts, confirming meeting attendance, etc.
+ Independently establish, organize, and maintain documents and initiate follow up as needed.
+ Ensures our office areas are maintained properly in areas of cleanliness, organization, and updated content.
+ Research and resolve questions and inquiries independently but also recognizing when to seek assistance.
+ Planning and coordinating large in office events and activities for the business.
+ Compile, analyze and summarize information in presentation formats.
+ Communicate new policies and procedure as needed.
+ Gathering of information as directed
+ May coordinate off-site meetings and conventions; assist with schedule management; arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls and process expense reports timely for themselves and senior leaders.
+ Manage our inventory of branded merchandise including tracking inventory on hand, distribution locally and shipping to others as needed, re-orders and vendor relationship. Includes ensuring supply room is maintained in an orderly fashion.
+ Owns our standard office supply inventory to ensure adequate supply is maintained on hand and that associates have access to the supplies they need.
+ Navigate systems and databases to research inquiries.
+ Provide support to other members of management and department as requested.
+ Some travel (domestically) may be required (less than 10% of the time)
+ Follow standardized formats and established internal procedures.
+ Organize correspondence and email; respond to requests for information.
+ Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties.
+ Provide support to other members of management and department as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
+ 3+ years of administrative support experience in a similar environment
+ Experience working with senior leaders.
+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
+ Knowledge in using productivity tools like Webex chats and meeting.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple time sensitive efforts.
+ Ability to develop and document processes related to the role.
+ Ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely manner.
+ Superb organization skills
+ Ability to multitask and quickly shift priorities as needed.
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience Ability to effectively collaborate and partner at all levels of the organization
+ Able to produce high quality reports, presentations, and other documents.
+ Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
+ Ability to manage confidential matters.
+ Ability to work independently on projects and anticipate and address issues in the executive's absence.
+ Must be assertive, creative, and innovative, with proven decision-making skills.
+ Some college courses/specialized executive assistant training
+ High School diploma with 3+ years of experience or equivalent education will be considered.
+ Substantial knowledge of the department's operation and company procedures
