Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our VP, General Manager, the incumbent will play a key role in supporting daily operations and facilitating the seamless flow of information and actions between operational leaders, project managers, and the Health & Safety team. This position is essential to ensuring directives are executed effectively, operational priorities are met, and cross-functional collaboration is streamlined.
Serve as a liaison between the VP, Directors, Project Managers, and the Health & Safety team to streamline the flow of information, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.Oversee operational directives to ensure alignment with company goals and business objectives across Montreal and Toronto.Support project managers and operational leaders by providing the tools, paperwork, and data required to execute their responsibilities.Facilitate the review of project estimations and ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and accurate.Monitor and report on key operational performance indicators, including Health & Safety metrics, ISO audits, and StatsCAN requirements.Assist in managing compliance-related initiatives such as ISN documentation and quality control audits.Support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data, identifying gaps, and suggesting actionable solutions.Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative support for the VP and other senior leaders.Qualifications5+ years of professional experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial operations.Familiarity with ISN, ISO audits, StatsCAN, and Health & Safety reporting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in data analysis and reporting toolsStrong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude.Bilingual (French and English).Additional InformationCompetitive salary + other perksGroup insurance & RRSP programCompany-wide events throughout the year (BBQ, Holiday party etc.) Dynamic & rewarding work environment- work on high-impact, meaningful projects while also having fun!
