Are you a dynamic, forward-thinking Executive Assistant ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced global healthcare environment? Opella, the Sanofi Consumer Healthcare BU, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two key leaders on our Opella Executive Committee: the Chief People Officer and the Chief Sustainability Officer.
Your Mission:
As a crucial member of our team, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our leadership operating at peak efficiency. Your role goes beyond traditional administrative support – you'll be a real partner, anticipating needs, solving problems, and driving initiatives forward in our ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Calendar Management
Masterfully juggle complex, high-stakes schedules for two C-level executivesPrioritize and manage competing demands with grace and strategic thinkingCoordinate seamlessly with the Executive Assistant to the EVP Head of OPELLA and other CHC LT AssistantsCommunication Catalyst
Craft compelling presentations, reports, and correspondenceLiaise effectively with internal staff, senior managers, executives, and external partnersManage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalismOperational Excellence
Spearhead travel arrangements, expense reporting, and procurement processesProactively optimize internal processes for maximum efficiency and effectivenessOnboard new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the organizationSupport and partner with the P&C Operational Excellence team by monitoring budget spent T&E, consulting fees and any project involving the Chief People Officer agenda and priorities.Project Support and Event Management
Drive the success of key initiatives, from Global Forums to off-site workshopsAnticipate and proactively resolve potential issues before they impact the leadership teamSupport internal communications efforts across various channelsCross-Functional Collaboration
Interface with critical functions including Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and Digital teamsMaintain up-to-date distribution lists, org charts, and other essential materialsAdapt quickly to changing priorities and support ad-hoc projects as neededAbout You
Significant experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, global environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Concur, Workday, and other enterprise tools is a plusFluency in French and English (both written and spoken)Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for multitasking and prioritizingStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-player attitudeAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all mattersAgile mindset with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environmentExperience in project management and event coordinationPassion for sustainability and people-centric organizational culturesPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
