The client:

A global alternative investment firm are searching for experienced EAs to join their float pool for ad hoc EA cover.

This is a training session to join the clients pool of temps for covers, after the training we will be able to run covers past you and hopefully fill your time to your preference with work (should feedback be positive). The training will be a couple of hours and is paid £27/hr + holiday pay.

The role:

The client is looking for candidates with EA experience (ideally within private equity) who are looking for ad hoc temp work in a long-term capacity and therefore are not looking for permanent work. Covers are required to cover the firm's permanent EAs holidays, sickness etc, and therefore vary in length, however, there are frequent covers.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Complex and everchanging diary management, across timezonesExpenses processingBooking complex and regular travel and preparing itinerariesAd hoc administration

The successful EA candidates will:

Have previous EA experience, within the financial services (ideally within private equity)Be professional and personableHave excellent communication skillsBe adaptable, this is required due to the fast-paced nature of the role, but also as you will cover within various teams of the business e.g. infrastructure, PE, real estateBe a career temp and therefore looking for ad hoc temp work in the long termBe happy to work in the office (based in Mayfair)

The details and benefits:
