The Executive Assistant position is responsible to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Sr. VP Patient Services/CNO and Board. This position serves to initiate, coordinate and expedite the major procedural and support functions of the office. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the productive and efficient day-to-day operations by providing extensive administrative and executive support related tasks while able to work independently with minimum direction and supervision. The position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, tact and the ability to multi-task on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls; provide information and resolve routine issues exhibiting good judgement and a sound understanding of policies and procedures.Coordinate and attend Board of Governors meetings, committee meetings, and other high level meetings by notifying participants, making room arrangements, preparing agendas and required informational materials, and preparing minutes.Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunicationsMake appointments and maintain calendars for the Chief Executive Officer including identifying and proactively managing calendar and meeting conflicts in collaboration with individual Officers.Ability to independently assess, prioritize and resolve complex administrative issues exhibiting sound judgement and alignment with department objectives.Processes standard and non-standard business office administrative paperwork, such as purchase requisitions, expense reports, check requisitions, etc. Follows-up for timely completion of processes.The Impact You Can Make
