Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to serve as the sole support to the executive, liaise with the Board of Directors, and manage complex scheduling, travel, and events. This position is on-site five days a week and requires a high level of trust, ownership, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
+ Executive Support: Calendar management, meeting coordination, and deck preparation for bi-weekly meetings.
+ Board Liaison: Plan and coordinate Board of Directors events and travel.
+ Event Management: Oversee logistics, catering, and conference room setup.
+ Travel & Expenses: Manage complex travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car services) and process expense reports in Concur.
+ Administrative Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including 14 assistants, to ensure seamless operations.
+ Communication & Organization: Professionally draft emails, proofread documents, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

+ Experience coordinating high-profile meetings and managing logistics
+ 4+ years experience in an Executive/Administrative Assistant role
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
