Our client, a rapidly growing global company, is seeking an organized, adaptable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage shifting priorities, and seamlessly assists with both personal and professional needs. You will collaborate with senior leadership and drive key strategic projects while ensuring smooth operational functions within the executive team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the CRO's business and personal calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling.Anticipate and resolve any issues before they arise, ensuring smooth operations.Organize and structure the department's workday to align with strategic goals and objectives.Handle communications, including reading, responding to, and monitoring emails, managing follow-up tasks.Serve as a business partner in meetings, tracking and following up on action items.Prepare reports and correspondence to assist in driving the success of the team.Interface with executives, investment partners, customers, and other stakeholders.Assist with project management, including co-managing key projects critical to business success.Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve operational processes and create frameworks for success.Provide general support to ensure smooth operations of the CRO's office and team.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Executive Assistance or related administrative support roles.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting demands.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.Highly adaptable to different work styles, cultures, and personalities.Bachelor's degree required.Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
