Executive Assistant

This is a Full-Time position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).   We are seeking a Dynamic skilled, self-motivated Executive Assistant (EA) who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  The EA will provide executive-level support and will provide a full range of advanced and complex executive assistant services and build a strong rapport with the highest levels of executives, senior management, and the Board of Directors.  This position will have multiple deadlines and frequently changing priorities often involving extremely sensitive confidential information.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; ASSISTANT TO CEO: Effectively maintains CEO’s calendar and files in an accessible and organized manner.
