Executive Assistant

Overview:
The Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) for the Core Payments (CP) and Commercial New Payment Flows (CNPF) Finance Teams are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for the CNPF and CP Finance teams.

Role:
•\tThe Executive Assistant is the administrative liaison with others internal and external to Mastercard and will filter and prioritize executive & strategic meetings and communicate on behalf of the executives they support. This position helps create a positive and collaborative team culture.
•\tPerform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as calendar management, scheduling meetings; managing travel arrangements, expense reporting; and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
•\tDistribute meeting materials; provide EVPs with meeting materials ahead of meetings
•\tOrdering supplies, electronically filing documents, maintaining department records, and other duties, as assigned
•\tPrepare correspondence; email; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation.
•\tPlan leadership meetings and team engagement activities
•\tMaintain and update internal and external distribution lists for email correspondence
•\tAdminister programs; projects or processes specific to the business units served; and maintain documents to monitor departmental information.
•\tMay assist and deliver ad hoc projects, as assigned
•\tMay monitor and coordinate Workday processes for hiring contractors and full-time personnel

All About You:
•\tExtensive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with c-suite executive level management
•\tCompetency across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Workday cloud based software a plus
•\tExperience with expense management platforms (Oracle)
•\tAdvanced experience in administrative support with experience within a matrixed, cross functional and global organization
•\tExperience in supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced corporate work environment
•\tGood understanding of strategic initiatives to prioritize meetings
•\tDemonstrate professionalism and discretion, and experience in working with highly confidential information
•\tMust be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
•\tExtremely collaborative and fostering a positive spirit and can-do attitude and is also extremely open in accepting feedback and suggestions
•\tStrong communication skills (written and verbal)
•\tIntrinsically-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented
•\tAbility to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordingly
•\tAbility to work with limited supervision

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
