Description

The Business Coordinator is responsible for providing office support to the President and acts as a nexus of communication and coordination across the l leadership team. This role includes preparing materials for senior meetings, coordinate events and large meetings, arranging for transportation, accommodations, and group activities, managing paperwork, expenses and travel arrangements, handling routine requests and forwarding calls and other office activities. A key activity will be scheduling and supporting the weekly leadership meetings to ensure that the senior team has the communication and focus to drive results.

This position provides an opportunity for a strong office coordinator to join an exciting and fast-paced team to help the company achieve its goals.

•\tSchedule and support weekly leadership meeting, coordinating with the team to create an agenda and update the management materials, then sending notes and next steps

•\tSchedule quarterly Town Hall and Leadership meetings, coordinating presentation materials and arrangements for all attendees

•\tPlan and schedule meetings and appointments

•\tManage meeting or event arrangements by booking facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, and controlling event budget

•\tMake travel and manage expenses

•\tSchedule and coordinate plant tours for customers and other various visitors to the site

•\tPrepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations

•\tCommunicate with executive, administrative and line management personnel to gather or convey relevant information

•\tOrganize and maintain confidential files and records

•\tPlan and organize work and develop procedures to meet requirements

•\tConsistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision

•\tCoordinate baby gifts and birthday cards are signed by President and then delivered to employees

•\tSupport the Human Resources department in employee engagement events at the facility

•\tManage fundraiser donation requests

•\tOther duties as assigned

Two years of experience in Business Coordinator role or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
