**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President of Retail and Digital Technology. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, anticipating the needs of the CTO and Retail and Digital Technology VP, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
• Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high attention to detail.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Act as a liaison between the CTO and various departments, executives, and external partners.
• Plan and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda development, minutes documentation, and follow-up on action items.
• Organize company-wide technology meetings, leadership off-sites, and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate logistics for conferences, speaking engagements, and industry events.
• Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis to support the CTO’s strategic initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships across the enterprise by collaborating with other executive assistants, the Office of the CEO, and key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives and drive business objectives.
• Track deadlines, initiatives, and key deliverables to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Utilize technology tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the CTO’s office.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or a related field). 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a technology or fast-paced corporate environment.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and WebEx.
+ Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
+ Provide administrative support for emergencies during off hours, including weekends
