And our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will bring the very best out of you, every day. **Your responsibilities** You will be responsible for the following: 1. **Calendar Management** : Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events to ensure efficient time management. 2. **Communication Handling** : Managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, often prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive. 3. **Travel Arrangements** : Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. 4. **Meeting Coordination** : Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items from meetings. 5. **Document Management** : Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records, both physical and digital. 6. **Expense Management** : Handling expense reports, budgeting, and financial documentation. 7. **Project Support** : Assisting with various projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation. 8. **Confidentiality** : Managing sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times. 9. **Office Management** : Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace. 10. **Liaison Role** : Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. **The experience we're looking for** • College degree (or equivalent) and prior administrative experience are required. • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail are critical. • Excellent in English in writing and speaking • Advanced knowledge of business systems and software, including Learning Management System (LMS), Microsoft Office 365, SAP, T&E, calendar, and e-mai **The skills for success** **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
