The role you’ll contribute:

The Executive Assistant position is responsible for fully supporting assigned Vice President (s) within the department. This position is responsible for complete management of executive calendars, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating all arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel. Prepares routine and non-routine reports and presentations, including gathering and summarizing data. Establishes and maintains highly confidential files and records. Composes letters and correspondence. Answer phones, delivers outstanding customer service, and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Provides support to the Provider Recruiters including but not limited to site visits, travel and accommodations. Provides administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the Executive suite.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, visits, and other inquires.

· Coordinates and maintains executive calendars for meetings and appointments to provide optimal utilization of the executive team’s time.

· Maintains all communications for the executives and department including written correspondence and telephone contacts.

· Provides support to the Provider Recruiters including but not limited to provider candidate site visits, travel and accommodations.

· Establishes and maintains a history of regular attendance; makes appropriate use of PDO, and observes department call-in procedures for absences; establishes and maintains punctual work habits. Exhibits timely arrival and departure and dependable time habits including meals and other breaks.

· Maintains the department invoice process including receiving, validating, filing and processing invoices for payment.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications :

· High School Diploma or GED

Preferred qualifications:

· Executive Assistant experience

· 3 in related field
