Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it!DescriptionDescriptionThe Executive Assistant role will support multiple calendars, including one VP, as well as provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Manufacturing Design team. The highly motivated, customer-centric candidate will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities: • Assist in managing daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes. • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members. • Facilitating expense reporting processes. • Supporting all Facilities activities for the team.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications2 + years of Executive Assistant experience supporting VP level or aboveExperience with calendar management, complex travel arrangements, expense reports, and facilities requestsKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsAble to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretionExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of professionalismProven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident, well-informed decisionsAbility to notice trends and anticipate needs and changes, and react accordingly with a calm demeanorExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionallyPossess a “can-do” attitude - no task is too big or too smallAbility to handle conflict appropriately, and know when to escalate issues and when to apply common senseExperience on the Mac platform highly desiredBA degree preferredEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $48.70 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
