Citizens Private Bank continues to grow its strategic initiative across California and other markets. This role is an integral member of the Operations leadership teams supporting the Chief Operating Officer, functioning as key support for leadership, projects and initiatives, and overall business execution. Initiatives can include overall tracking and progress, impacts to business operations and related parties, training and communication, data and reporting, administrative items, and overall business readiness.
Helping to drive overall results for the Private Bank, the Executive Assistant, as part of the larger administrative function, will provide administrative support to COO and backup as necessary among other executives/team members. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of sophistication, professionalism, initiative and accountability.
Primary responsibilities include:
Support COO with expense management, travel, and schedule, technology support, phone and email responses/monitoring, and also provide support to team members as needed in line with business deliverables. Will attend meetings and take notes, action items, and actively follow up, as appropriate. Project support/leadership may include allocating resources, assigning tasks, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Business support in the process of identifying areas for improvement, process optimization and workflow efficiency, and collaborate with internal partners to problem solve/support solutionProject support related to service delivery and performance, which involves proactively identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks in service delivery, striving for continuous improvement.Qualifications
3+ years in business analysis/support role leading formal process improvement and project manager/coordinator functions within the financial services or related industry preferredPrevious administrative support experience of a senior executive required – 2+ years minimum (calendar management, email, travel, expense reports, etc.)Demonstrated 3+ years of utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills within a sophisticated/high profile client service environment requiredCompetent in Systems knowledge with 3+ years experience in MS Office; SharePoint & Teams required (or similar software)Demonstrate attention to detail, action-oriented focus, effective time management skills requiredBachelors degree preferredIdeal candidate maintains a positive attitude in an environment with quickly changing priorities and brings a growth mindsetHours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M - F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some days will require staying later until 6:00 PM apx or starting early for East Coast hours) Flexibility is keyPay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - 100,000 per year . Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
