NICE is currently seeking a high-energy, high-performing, self-starter Executive Assistant to support the President of CE Americas.
We are not looking for just the basic administration support but rather a quick thinker who understands the business needs and can act accordingly with little guidance. This position requires attention to details and ability to multi-task while interacting with a smart and dynamic C Level individual.
Responsibilities
Heavy calendar management and ability to prioritize activities by understanding business needs. Make travel arrangements and handle expense reports Assist in coordinating management meetings, offsites, client events etc. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, email and correspondence, responding if appropriate Draft and polish presentations and critical correspondence Special projects including research and reporting
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast moving, and dynamic environment and quickly shift gears as priorities change. Quick study, proactive and proven success in ability to understand the business. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both internal and external contacts with professionalism and tact Strong organizational and computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Salesforce.com a plus) Excellent communication (written/presentation) skills and high energy Work independently, with multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Proactive and customer-focused Proven ability to always think “one step ahead” Flexible and able to act under pressure with minimal guidance and feedback Bachelor in Marketing, Business or Finance background preferred OR 5 plus years in a similar role Ability to maintain strict confidentialityAbout NICE
