We’re currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to our Group General Counsel and Group Company Secretary. The role requires an individual who is professional, proactive, confident and solutions focused – key attributes that will see you succeed supporting the Executives and the wider Legal team.
You’ll provide a broad range of senior office and administrative support, while managing and prioritising all incoming communications. As a key contact point, you’re able to demonstrate the ability to understand the priorities and coordinate all communications and commitments accordingly. You’ll work with a range of stakeholders, therefore understanding the importance of confidentiality and integrity is essential.
This role is diverse in nature and your exemplary organisational skills, forward thinking approach and ability to work diligently and efficiently will support your success. We are looking for a professional with substantial executive support experience with excellent administrative and organisational skills to effectively manage the board paper submission process and manage multiple busy diaries.
The ability to deal with confidential information, you need to be meticulous in your work and manage multiple priorities whilst conducting yourself professionally at all times. Operating with a high level of initiative, you will have exceptional relationship building skills complemented by superior written/verbal communication skills.
Your positive attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills and collaborative approach will see you to hit the ground running in this role.
This role is required to be in office five days per week.
