The role will support the smooth running of the Quote To Cash Organization, and report to the Quote To Cash Regional Service Owner The ideal candidate will be very organized, have the business acumen to priorities and deliver to challenging deadlines. The role will provide some administrative support to EMEA Quote To Cash leaders group . **Main objective of role:** + Proactively manages complex calendars with competing priorities to keep the QTC leaders abreast of meetings and tasks and to ensure necessary information is available to effectively navigate through their daily, weekly, quarterly and annual priorities + Must be able to effectively communicate and appropriately + Schedules business travel and accommodations, and reconciles and maintains expense reports + Organizes, coordinates and attends staff meetings, and site wide meetings (above 600 attendees); program manage meeting agenda, minutes and action tracking + Manage dashboards and reports, including deviation analysis + Actively engaging and leading employee engagement initiatives + Managing vendor’s portfolio: arranging and support in contract negotiations & relationships maintenance + Ensuring local partner teams deliver to expectation regarding employee experience related to events and meetings – facilities, IT, support functions + Coordination of external and internal trainings and general support to HR related initiatives + Planning and managing budgets related to social activities and events + Extreme confidentiality and discretion a must; position handles highly confidential information on a regular basis + Working hours flexibility to deliver to event-based support needs + Build credibility and respect amidst colleagues, management and external partners + Drive site level projects or specific rollout requirements **Main requirements for the role:** + Few years of international corporate experience and strong business acumen + Critical skills + Excellent Time management and organizing skills + Excellent networking skills, team-spirit and open attitude + Excellent written and spoken executive communication skills + Ownership and execution + Demonstrated ability to use sound, independent judgment in absence of leader. + Technology adept and proficient in office productivity applications + Proven inter-personal skills to work in a matrix organization as a team player + Experience with diary management (scheduling meetings, follow ups etc.) and extensive travel bookings + Demonstrated competence of working at Executive management level. + Be of an investigative nature to increase efficiency of tasks, problem solving mind-set + Demonstrate a pro-active nature with regard to project management + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Work as a facilitator in improving site leader productivity + High level of professionalism blended with a sense of ​humor + **Fluent English is a must** **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
