We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Worldwide Sales. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the EVP’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently while supporting a global sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
What You Can Expect
Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage and prioritize the EVP’s calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel, ensuring time is allocated effectively.
Customer Meeting Management: Support arranging customer meetings and managing customer executive visits to Marvell locations including caterings.
Travel Coordination: Arrange complex international and domestic travel itineraries, ensuring all logistics are handled from start to finish, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for internal and external meetings involving the EVP.
Project Management: Assist in tracking and ensuring the completion of various special projects and initiatives tied to the sales organization.
Document Preparation: Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the EVP and senior sales leadership team.
Expense Management: Track and submit expenses for the EVP, ensuring all reports are submitted in compliance with company policies.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Liaison Role: Serve as a primary point of contact between the EVP and internal teams, clients, and partners, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration across departments.
Sales Team Coordination: Assist with coordination of sales-related events, offsite meetings, and global conferences for the worldwide sales team.
Executive Admin Team: Works closely with the Senior and Executive administrative staff and works productively as a team member.
General Office Support: Ensure smooth office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced, global sales or corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Global awareness and the ability to work across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a global sales environment, supporting senior leaders in sales or similar departments.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Power BI, etc.) and project management software.
Advanced knowledge of preparing presentations for C-level executives.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
42 - 63, $ per hour.The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
