Global financial services executive search boutique firm located in Midtown West is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to support 2 Partners in the NYC office. This position will start ASAP upon finding the right fit, operating on a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days on-site Tues-Thurs. Hours are expected to be typical business hours with availability after-hours as needed. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

Support two US based PartnersComplex Candidate / Client / Internal calendar managementAs as a liaison between candidates and clients when organizing interviews (including travel, where required)Support for other areas of the executive search process e.g., updating mandate progress excel summaries ahead of client meetingsOrganize both domestic and international travelPowerPoint support (for client proposals and presentations)Collate and manage expensesOffice support/manager duties e.g., supplies and IT trouble shooting

Skills & Experience:

6 years plus experience as an Executive Assistant working for one (or ideally more) senior executivesUndergraduate degree from a top university is a plusExperience dealing/interfacing with senior-level professionals Good communication skills, can-do attitude, proactive attitude, professional demeanor, good gate-keeperExcellent attention to detail, strong organizational and relationship-building skills, ability to act with discretionHappy to work in a small teamExperience in the recruitment / executive search industry is a plusStrong proof reading and PowerPoint skills

Compensation & Benefits:
