Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.Manage schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Education/Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess an Active security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI), and be located in or willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO, El Segundo, CA or Huntsville, AL.3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.Extensive experience in executive-level support services, protocol, information management, and administrative support activities, including Executive Staff Support Functions, Military Protocol Information Management/Operations Support.Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership within the government, federally funded research and development centers, or government support/development contractors. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, Defense Travel System (DTS), and other relevant software.How To Apply:
