What You'll Do
As an Executive Assistant (EA) at BCG Bogotá, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to Partners and senior leadership in a dynamic, client-centric environment. You’ll act as a strategic business partner—not only supporting executives in their day-to-day work but also anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly.
This role demands proactive thinking, exceptional judgment, and a high level of discretion. You’ll play a key role in optimizing time and task management, ensuring operational excellence across internal and external engagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support & Strategic PartnershipServe as a trusted business partner to assigned executives, fully understanding their goals, priorities, and working styles.Manage complex calendars, proactively prioritizing and resolving conflicts with an eye toward business impact.Coordinate and organize internal and client-facing meetings, including logistics and agenda alignment.Prepare and format high-impact documents (presentations, proposals, letters, reports) that reflect BCG’s standards.Travel & OperationsCoordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and local transport.Track and manage case team logistics, supporting efficiency across projects.Ensure cost awareness and support negotiation of vendor services where needed.Cross-functional CollaborationSupport business development activities, including proposal preparation and pipeline tracking.Act as a key liaison between leadership, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Provide administrative support for firm initiatives (e.g., practice areas, recruiting, leadership committees).Confidentiality & Backup SupportHandle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.Offer backup support to other EAs or executives during high-volume periods or absences.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent required.8+ years of experience in executive support or senior-level administration.Prior experience in consulting or corporate environments highly preferred.Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling/travel tools.Ability to collaborate with virtual teams across time zones.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
