Position Summary:
The successful candidate will work closely with CYBRA’s executive management team. The position reports to the CEO and collaborates with CYBRA’s Office Manager. The individual will assist the Office Manager with a variety of financial, HR, and general office management duties. In addition, the CEO will assign additional tasks which may include the preparation of Excel spreadsheets. This role is a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience. Working knowledge of CRM management, preferably Hubspot or Salesforce, is desired to this role.

Accounts payable and receivable, collections, and financial record reconciliationIn conjunction with the sales team, create and send invoicesPayroll administration, benefits, PTO tracking, and deductionsBank reconciliation and depositsCommission trackingManage timely and accurate employee expense reporting, reconciliation of receipts, and reimbursement processingLearn and document current accounting systemAssist with the migration of custom accounting application to QuickBooksKnowledge of SaaS accounting a plusExecutive Assistant Responsibilities:
2+ years as executive assistantReview and edit various types of business correspondenceLearn and document current customized CRM systemAssist with the migration of CRM application to new platformPrepare advanced Excel spreadsheetsOrganize and maintain confidential files and recordsQualifications and Skills
3+ years in bookkeeping or accountingAssociate degree or higher in accounting (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Strong understanding of General Ledger systemPrior use of QuickBooks or equivalent required.Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar)Familiarity with Paychex or other payroll platforms a plus.Experience with and knowledge of CRM applications – such as Hubspot and/or Salesforce – highly desired.Salary
