In our management team, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) who will act as the central contact person for three managing directors: Marc Ehler, Dr. Markus Landrock and Dr. Samareh Khosravi - each with different business areas. You will support them in setting priorities and managing deadlines - with your organizational talent and discretion, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly, take care of the professional care of guests, coordinate meetings and trips and be the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

You are able to juggle between strategic tasks and day-to-day operational business without losing track. You work closely with an intercultural environment and practice open communication. This position requires you to be present in the office in Martinsried 5 days a week - home office is only possible in exceptional cases.

General administration: You will take on a variety of administrative and organizational tasks such as appointment coordination, travel management (including travel planning and travel expense accounting) and checking invoices. Interface function: You are the first point of contact and central interface for internal and external inquiries as well as for corporate customers and service providers. Guest service: You will provide professional support and hospitality to our management's guests and ensure that management meetings run smoothly. Preparation and follow-up of meetings: You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of management meetings and, if necessary, moderate them in the absence of the management. You also plan and coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare detailed minutes. Document creation : You are responsible for the development and creation of presentations, statistics, evaluations and other documents. Correspondence: You are responsible for telephone and written communication in German and English.

Education : You have a vocational qualification (e.g. office management or insurance; legal assistant) or a university degree with a focus on business administration, economics or technology (business administration, business informatics). Experience : You have already gained relevant professional experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. Service and customer orientation : You attach great importance to service and customer orientation and are able to act professionally and solution-oriented even in challenging situations. Working method : You work independently, proactively, in a structured and careful manner. Your organizational skills and resilience enable you to keep an overview and set priorities in stressful and challenging situations. Personality : You are characterized by a professional, friendly and confident demeanor at all levels of the hierarchy. Discretion: Confidentiality and discretion are of utmost importance to you, as you will be confronted with confidential information and sensitive topics. Communication skills & language skills:  You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English, so that you can easily communicate in any situation in our intercultural environment.
