We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer and 3 leaders at the . As an integral part of the philanthropic community, the works to ensure all people have the opportunity to live a life of meaning and contributions based on their unique gifts and aptitudes. We do this by investing in social entrepreneurs who can transform the institutions most responsible for lifelong learning and empower people to engage in work that enables virtuous cycles of mutual benefit.

Your Responsibilities IncludeCalendar management. Manage high volume and complex calendars with internal and external stakeholders. Develop an understanding of priorities to effectively allocate the principle’s time. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts for your team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and make appropriate trade-offs based on time and priorities.General administrative support. Coordinate all logistics for meetings, catering, and visitors. Coordinate travel and reconcile expenses. Contribute with team projects and operational improvements as needed. Process invoice payments on behalf of the team.Identify areas to increase administrative efficiencies. Identify and learn new tools and techniques to improve processes and elevate administrative support and partnership.Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization5+ years of professional experience.Professional manner and strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative.Have a collaborative approach to work; give and receive feedback respectfully.Ability to improvise and creatively problem-solve while maintaining composure.Ability to think strategically about the leader’s time as an allocation of resources.Demonstrate an elevated level of confidentiality and sense of judgment.
