Position Summary: 
ADM is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief People and Diversity Officer in our Chicago, IL Global Headquarters.  Are you the kind of person who plans for every possible scenario? The details:

This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident persona. This individual will: Ensure confidentiality on all mattersProactively manage complex and often fluid calendars, taking initiative to resolve scheduling conflicts as necessaryAssemble and coordinate the preparation of documents, presentations, etc. Reviewing the content as well to ensure alignmentPrepare PowerPoint presentations to be used for internal and external usesManage and maintain administrative, reference and follow-up file systems, using digital tools where appropriateCoordinate global travel arrangements and handles expense reportsCoordinate and manage meetings and events, as requiredSupport leaders, at times, during non-standard working hours during travel or as company priorities dictateJob Requirements:
