HPE's Cybersecurity organization is looking for a well-organized and take-charge Executive Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, high-visibility organization while gaining exposure to the exciting world of cybersecurity. You'll support senior leadership and will serve as a critical member of the team who makes the organization hum. ​

Overview of the role's responsibilities: 

Providing administrative support to the cybersecurity executive team (4 VPs) Providing executive calendar/agenda management Planning virtual/face-to-face meetingsManaging trips including (local/international) travel arrangements, events registration, agenda and meeting logistics. Planning and organizing team events, webinars. Planning and following up for timely completion of deadlines, e.g. mandatory trainings, talent management process. Timely management of expense reports and approval of team members’ travel requests/ expense submissions. Supporting hiring process, employee changes and other HR tasks. Managing distribution lists, SharePoint, and other organization resources. Transcribing meeting notes and actions.Assisting with budgets, POs and other finance related tasks.

Abilities & Attributes: 

Safeguard sensitive and confidential information. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Advanced proficiency in organizational tooling; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Slack. 

Education & Experience: 

High school education or equivalent, Associates Degree a plus 6+ years of corporate/administrative work experience, including 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant capacityNot required, but preferred to have experience as an EA supporting multiple executives in a large organizationFamiliarity with project management tools, travel tools, PO/finance systems, and other digital tools for scheduling and communication

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $60,800.00 - $140,400.00
