The purpose of this position is to provide high-level, executive administrative support to members of Senior Management within the company.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provides high-level, executive administrative support for Senior Management
+ Interfaces with key employee-owners throughout the company to maintain a congenial working relationship with employee-owners, outside clients, and suppliers
+ Responsible for executive calendar management
+ Coordinates arrangements for company meetings, including obtaining meeting space, notifying attendees, scheduling catering, agendas, travel arrangements, etc.
+ Conducts research to keep executives up to date on items pertinent to the company
+ Handles travel arrangements for Senior Management; contacts travel agency, schedules flights, hotels and car rentals, and provides itinerary for reference
+ Helps in the preparation of reports, invoice processing, expense reporting and/or weekly time entry
+ Assists in the preparation of presentations utilizing PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the necessary applications
+ Serves as a contact/resource to provide information pertaining to various special events and employee-owner related functions
+ Serves in an "as needed" capacity as back-up to other departments
+ Assists in the preparation of special projects
+ Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum of five to seven years of comparable administrative support experience
+ College Degree is preferred
+ Proficient in file management, preparation of spreadsheets, graphs and charts, desktop publishing, and presentation materials
+ Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including strong phone skills
+ Ability to multitask and easily adapt to changes
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Professional demeanor
