ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Executive Assistant to our General Manager of Retail, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving, environment where every day challenges you. You'll work alongside an incredible team that’s all about collaboration and winning together as we push to be a global leader in effortless casual fashion. This role is all about rolling up your sleeves, staying one step ahead, and helping our team achieve good things.

Be the go-to person for our GM of Retail and senior leadership team, handling everything from calendar management to communication and coordination. Organisation and prep for travel and meetings, ensuring that all moving parts align to make the most of our days Work alongside diverse teams, providing seamless support while adapting to our ever evolving landscape 

YOU ARE

You’re a proactive, organised Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments. You always find a way to get things done while keeping it simple and focused on the bigger picture. Your attention to detail allows you to juggle multiple tasks with ease and you’re comfortable using the latest tech to keep everything running smoothly. Building strong relationships across teams and approaching problems with genuine care comes naturally - retail experience is a bonus!
