We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

Principal Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive day to day secretarial support to the senior executive with global and regional accountabilitiesManage complex schedules across global time zones, coordinating activities, events, resources, and meetingsEngage in proactive internal and external stakeholder management, maintain a harmonious environment among the administrative support team and able to resolve conflicts with professionalism, demonstrating strong cross-functional communication skillsOrganize and coordinate team meetings, ensuring that team records and management information are consistently up-to-dateHandle email management efficiently and able to flag priorities and issuesArrange extensive travels and logistics, demonstrating initiative in managing itineraries, expenses, and complex visa applications in compliance with policies and cost controlsMonitor team budgets and manage costs effectivelyExhibit a high degree of flexibility and prioritization skills to undertake ad hoc tasks and a substantial workload without compromising qualityConduct visitor and telephone screening, and manage internal and external correspondences with professionalismMaintain high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive communications and documentsUphold HSBC's internal control standards, adhere to Group Compliance Policy, and stay vigilant of operational risks, actively working to minimize their occurrence
