Job Title: Executive Assistant I Schedule: On-Site M-F Pay: $24/HR Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant I. This important role requires a strong focus and execution to handle a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management, effective scheduling, and prioritizing amidst numerous information and requests. The Executive Assistant will ensure appropriate urgency is given to tasks, monitor and track the VP's meetings, priorities, and emails, act as a proxy when necessary, manage travel and expenses, and provide all administrative support functions for the office. Additionally, the role involves managing multiple tasks and action items, documentation, and follow-ups, ensuring timely action on deliverables.
